Take some time to consider the options you have beyond the lenders. These organizations can work to help you avoid the problems you are having communicating with your lenders. They may be able to help you find lenders that can help you refinance the loan into one that is more affordable. Other organizations offer stop foreclosure assistance by helping you find investors to buy the home from you.

Whenever you are facing calls from your mortgage company, pick up the phone and find out what they can do. Stop foreclosure assistance is out there and there are plenty of opportunities for you to find afford ways to keep your home and to get help from professionals.
